Who I am
Angela Vincent is a guide, coach, facilitator, teacher, and poet based in Minneapolis. She is committed to supporting growth, reflection, and connection across all of life’s journeys.
For over 20 years, Angela has taught yoga, weaving in complementary modalities to help students access their inner vitality, trust their intuition, and live in alignment with their own truth. She has offered retreats for 15 years and is always struck by how a unique collection of individuals can come together to create something magical — insights arise, community is formed, and people tend to themselves and one another with compassion.
Angela’s work is informed not only by movement but also by her lived experience: as a mother, a former birth doula who accompanied over 75 families through the birthing process, and a professional in the social work field facilitating and coordinating complex family decisions. These experiences share a common thread — supporting people in accessing their unique strengths, voice, and inner knowing, while holding tenderness, authenticity, and presence.
She is also a poet, weaving words into her work to support reflection, insight, and the deepening of presence. This creative expression is another way she helps individuals explore and integrate the full spectrum of human experience — including grief, gratitude, joy, and transformation.
Through her teaching, facilitation, and coaching, Angela creates spaces for people to reconnect with themselves, navigate life transitions, and step into clarity, embodiment, and alignment.
